This policy explains what information Elvy Agency ("ELVY", "we", "us") collects through this application page, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

ELVY is a creator management agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operated by legal entity name and registered address. This page takes applications from creators who want to work with us. For anything related to this policy, email us at elvyparadise@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit the application form, you give us:

• Your first name, email address and mobile number
• Your age range and the country you live in
• Whether you are on OnlyFans now, roughly what your OnlyFans page earns in a month, and whether you work with an agency
• Your OnlyFans username, if you choose to share it

If you book a call after applying, the booking calendar collects your name, email, phone number and the time you pick.

As you browse, we and our service providers also collect:

• The ad that brought you here (campaign parameters in the link) and the page you applied from
• Cookies and similar technologies set by our site and by Meta, and Meta Pixel events (PageView, Lead when you apply and Schedule when you book a call), which tell us which pages you visited and whether you applied
• Your IP address and browser information (user agent), processed by the providers that run our form, calendar and hosting

If the form stops you (for example because you are under 18), nothing you entered is sent to us.

Your earnings range is confidential. We use it only to evaluate your application, we never share it with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

3. How we use your information

• To evaluate your application and decide whether we’re a fit
• To contact you about your application by WhatsApp, text, phone or email
• To book and manage calls with our team
• To measure and improve our advertising with Meta
• To keep the page secure and working

4. Who processes your data

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this page work:

• Make (Celonis): receives your application and passes it to our team’s tools
• Google (Google Sheets): stores applications for our team to review
• Brevo (Sendinblue): emails our team when a new application comes in
• Telegram: notifies our team that a new application came in
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): carries the messages we exchange with you about your application
• Cal.com: runs the booking calendar and stores the calls you book
• Meta Platforms: runs the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API, which receive your contact details in hashed (encrypted, one-way) form together with your IP address and browser information, to deliver and measure our advertising
• Vercel: hosts this page and processes standard server logs
• Our marketing partner, which runs our advertising and these tools on our behalf

Each provider processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. Some of them process data outside the country you live in, for example in the United States or the European Union.

5. How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as we need it to evaluate your application and, if we end up working together, for as long as the relationship lasts. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email elvyparadise@gmail.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. If you’re a California resident, you have CCPA rights, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you live in the UK, Canada or Australia, you have similar rights under your local privacy laws. We respond to every request.

7. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel places a tracking cookie in your browser so Meta can recognize you and measure how our ads perform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies won’t stop the page from working. The application form also keeps your answers and the ad you came from in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab.

8. Age requirement

ELVY works exclusively with adults. This page and our services are for people 18 or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes take effect when posted.
